Welcome to develop with us. We are currently looking for a temporary curator for the treatment school Gröna Huset in Haninge municipality!

Gröna Huset is part of the open care of the Individual and Family Services and is an environmentally therapeutic treatment program with a school aimed at positive change for young people and their networks.

Here, there are opportunities for every young person and their family to change their situation together with others and develop based on their own conditions.

Target Group

• Young people aged 14-17 who, with the help of active adult support and everyday structure, want to change their situation
• Young people who, due to their behavior and/or home environment, are relevant to social services
• Young people who want to achieve their individually set educational goals through adapted schooling

Gröna Huset has space for 10 young people. A placement usually starts in connection with the school year and lasts for one academic year. The staff consists of a unit manager, two curators, and two teachers who work in a team-based manner.

We are now looking for a colleague who is skilled and confident in meeting young people and parents in a school setting. Someone who is structured and can prioritize their work, has good self-awareness, the ability to collaborate, and great commitment in the role of curator.

As a curator, you will also participate in our summer camp in the spring, outside of working hours.

This position is a temporary position from 2026-01-12 to 2026-12-31.

Your Mission

As a curator at Gröna Huset, you will work with support, motivation, and treatment work with students and their families. Common to our work is that it addresses children and young people with school absenteeism and behavioral issues. The role includes planning and implementing treatment interventions with both young people and families. An important part is to maintain contact and coordinate efforts with our clients both within and outside the administration. The work includes writing and working with implementation plans and being responsible for documentation. The work is done individually but in close collaboration with the work group and other Open Care.

What We Are Looking For in You

• Social worker or equivalent higher education
• Experience in government work within social services
• Experience in family work and motivational work with young people is an advantage
• Step 1 training is an advantage.
• Driver's license
